The food that I will be describing is pork lumpia. The reason why I have chosen lumpia is because as a child i would always eat this in parties, celebration, or even just on a regular day. I've had tons of memories eating this delicious food. But the memory that stands out would be preparing this dish with my family. Setting the soft white wrap on the table, placing the uncooked meat and vegetables over it, and wrapping it up with beaten egg to seal the wrapped meat. Seeing my parents fry it gets me so excited. I wouldn't be able to wait because I could already taste that crunchy golden lumpia containing the spiced pork and eating it with rice and the sweet chili sauce on the side. When i'm eating this dish I cant stop due to the fact it's so tasty and appetizing. Other than that, the person I will be interviewing is my mother because she is the one that always makes this heavenly dish.
